Rather than five near-identical cards for one destination, each region gets one card and you switch the itinerary inside it.
Two nights in the Parvati valley and one at the Kheerganga hot springs. Runs every Thursday and Friday.
Shimla in, Manali out, with Chandratal and Key Monastery on the way. Oxygen support on every batch.
Friday night bus out, Monday morning back. Atal Tunnel, Sissu and Solang without burning leave.
Rider batch running alongside the backpacking group, with a mechanic and spare bike in the convoy.
Shillong, the double-decker bridge at Nongriat, Krang Suri, and a night camping at Shnongpdeng.
Gangtok, Nathu La, the Zuluk hairpins and Lachung. Inner-line permits arranged for you.
Guwahati to Tawang over Sela Pass, with Dirang and Bomdila on the way back down.

We are not the cheapest operator on the internet, and we don't try to be. What you're paying for is the person leading your batch, the vehicle you're sitting in, and someone answering the phone at 2am when the pass shuts.

14 to 22 people. Beyond that a trip becomes a tour, and we're not doing that.
One number, staffed from 8am to midnight, plus a captain on the ground.
Oximeters, oxygen, first-aid trained captains and a documented evacuation plan.

Did the Umling La batch in June. Our captain Tenzin rerouted us around a landslide near Hanle without any drama and we still made it for sunset. The oxygen check every evening sounded excessive until two people in our group actually needed it. Worth every rupee.

Solo female traveller, first group trip, and I was nervous about it. The WhatsApp group before departure made a huge difference — by day one I already knew who I was travelling with. Homestays in Spiti were basic but spotless.

Kedarkantha in late December, minus nine at the campsite, and the tents held up fine. Rented the jacket and gaiters from them instead of buying — saved me about eight thousand rupees for one trek.

Meghalaya in peak monsoon means you will get wet, and they say so upfront, which I appreciated. Only gripe: the Dawki boat ride felt rushed. Everything else was better than the price suggested.

Booked eleven days before departure and they still sorted the permits. Payment link, invoice, GST — all of it came through properly, which is not something I can say about the last operator I used.
