Deepak Kapoor
ChairpersonDeepak Kapoor is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) as well as a Member of the Institute of Certified Fraud Examiners, USA. He has worked with PwC for over 38 years, with diverse experience in accounting, audit, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, negotiations, and forensics. He has also served as the Chairman of PwC India Foundation, instrumental in rehabilitation work in Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Chennai, and Nepal.
Rajiv Kapur
TreasurerRajiv Kapur has been an international banker for over 20 years with assignments in multi-cultural environments in India, Asia, and the USA. He is also the founder of InvesTech. He has worked as the Managing Director of the Asia Financial Institutions Group at Bank of America. His expertise includes corporate banking, restructuring, mergers and acquisition advisory services, financial advisory, asset securitization, capital markets, and credit risk management.
Harpal Singh
MemberHarpal Singh is a seasoned leader with over 40 years in the corporate and development sectors. Former Chairman of Fortis Healthcare and SRL Diagnostics, he held senior roles in Tata, Birla, and Mahindra groups. He has served on boards of leading schools such as The Doon School and The Scindia School, and held advisory roles in NIIT University and PHFI. He was Chairman of Uttar Pradesh Health & Welfare Promotion Trust and Vice Chair of international partners. He founded the Nanhi Chhaan Foundation, focusing on the girl child, environment, and inter-faith harmony.
Parul Soni
MemberParul Soni is a global expert in investment, trade, and human development with over 28 years of experience across 61+ countries. He has advised Fortune 500 firms, multilateral agencies, and governments on ESG, trade, health, and women's empowerment. He founded Thinkthrough Consulting (TTC) and ABWCI, the world's largest women's business chamber. His advisory work includes projects with the World Bank, ADB, UNICEF, and Gates Foundation. He serves on boards of Uttar Pradesh Health & Welfare Promotion Trust and SaveLIFE Foundation.
Swaroop Sampat Rawal
MemberA talented actress, former Miss India, and noted child rights activist, Swaroop Sampat Rawal is a superlative educational researcher and trainer. She travels across India to conduct workshops for teachers facilitating a general comprehension of life skills and drama in education. Selected by the former Gujarat Chief Minister to head an educational programme in the state, she has been training primary school teachers for over seven years. An expert communicator with over 20 years of experience dedicated to community development and advocacy.
Stuti Narain Kacker
MemberAn Indian Administrative Service officer (1978 U.P. Cadre), Stuti Narain Kacker is the former Chairperson of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR). She earned an M. Phil in Social Sciences and has over 39 years of experience in Public Administration. She held important positions including District Magistrate of Ghazipur, Divisional Commissioner of Jhansi, and Director of Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC). She has also worked with international bodies like UNESCO, UNICEF, World Food Programme, World Bank, and CARE.
Vasvi Bharat Ram
MemberJoint Vice Chairperson of The Shri Ram Schools in Delhi NCR, Vasvi Bharat Ram is a member of the Executive Committee of The Shri Ram Schools. She was also the President of FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO), the women's wing of FICCI. Vasvi is a strong advocate of equal participation of women in economic activities, working towards women empowerment for over ten years. As Education Chairperson of YPO Delhi Chapter, she received the award for the Best Education Year in 2013-14.
Susan Thomas
MemberSusan Thomas brings over 36 years of experience in health and development. She currently serves as National Health Coordinator at SEWA, leading its Health and Child Care Department. Her previous roles span organizations like Aga Khan Foundation, Catholic Relief Services, Make a Wish Foundation, and Christian Medical Association of India. She has represented India at global platforms, including as a UN Women panelist at CSW63 in New York (2019). A strong advocate of intercultural dialogue and women's health.
Sushil Salwan
MemberSushil Dutt Salwan is a Senior Advocate with 35+ years in constitutional, civil, commercial, and environmental law. A Senior Advocate of the Delhi High Court since 2021, he has appeared before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and national tribunals. His notable cases include acting as a one-man commission in the Sunita Rani doping case and representing sports federations. He is a Trustee of the Salwan Education Trust and actively supports environmental and civic initiatives.
Sudipto Mundle
MemberDr. Sudipto Mundle is a leading economist and Chair of the Board at Centre for Development Studies. A former Professor at NIPFP and senior official at the Asian Development Bank, he has advised India's Ministry of Finance and served on the 14th Finance Commission, RBI's Monetary Policy Committee, and the National Statistical Commission. An alumnus of St. Stephen's College and the Delhi School of Economics, he was a Fulbright Scholar at Yale and a Joan Robinson Fellow at Cambridge.
