1. Your Account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account, including shared profiles under your plan.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with prior notice, and taxes are added where applicable.
3. Content Licensing
Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial streaming only. Titles may enter or leave the catalog as licensing windows change.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to circumvent access controls, redistribute streams, or use the service in a way that infringes on others’ rights.
5. Devices & Downloads
Concurrent stream and download limits depend on your plan. Downloaded titles expire per the terms shown at time of download.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, DashStudio isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
