Know before you go
Planning a trip to Spiti
Spiti runs two ways. Shimla to Kaza climbs gradually over four days, which is far kinder on your body. Manali to Kaza gets you there in one long day over Kunzum La, and people regularly get altitude sick doing it.
We run the circuit in the gentle direction and come out over Kunzum at the end, when you're acclimatised. Chandratal, Key Monastery, Hikkim and Langza all sit on the way.
