Planning a trip to Bhutan
We enter at Phuentsholing by road, which means no international flight and no visa — just a permit that we sort at the border on arrival.
The route runs Thimphu, Punakha and Paro, finishing with the climb to Tiger's Nest. That hike is four hours round trip and it is the reason to come.
