Santanu Chakraborty
Chief Executive OfficerSantanu is a champion for child rights and humanitarian response, leading program implementation at Uttar Pradesh Health & Welfare Promotion Trust for almost two decades. He demonstrates the capacity to secure access, develop evidence-based strategies and build partnerships for scale. He comes with decade-long experience working with SOS Children's Villages of India, CARE India, Sightsavers International, UNICEF and others.
Subhashish Neogi
Director – Finance, Legal & ITSubhashish has 26 years of rich knowledge in Financial Accounts, Banking & Treasury, Internal Auditing, Taxation, and Company Secretarial matters. A Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Company Secretary and LLB, he has been associated with Steel Authority of India, Tata Steel, Reliance Communications and Ecolab Inc. He is an alumnus of St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
Ritu Mendiratta
Director – Human Resource & AdminWith over 2 decades of experience in the development sector, Ritu brings deep expertise from CARE, Oxfam, and Médecins Sans Frontières. She is a certified investigator trained by CHS Alliance and holds dual master's degrees in Public Administration and Business Administration. She is committed to advancing social causes and organizational excellence.

Director – Programme ManagementA senior development professional with over 20 years of progressive experience in Strategy, Operations, Resource Mobilization and Influencing. He focuses on child rights programming including ECCE, education, protection, and livelihood. He is an experienced senior leader with expertise in complex operational management and large-scale multi-geography programming.
Sanjay Sharma
Director – Resource Mobilization & External EngagementA seasoned Development Program Specialist with 24 years of leadership experience in program design, execution, and resource mobilization. He has worked with NRHM, CARE, PATH, DFID and Uttar Pradesh Health & Welfare Promotion Trust. Honored with the prestigious Jaipur Samman in 2023, the CEO Special Mention Award in 2022, and Chairman's Special Team Award in 2024.
Shweta Malhotra
Head – Organisational Development & Governance AffairsA seasoned professional with 17 years of dedicated service at Uttar Pradesh Health & Welfare Promotion Trust. She oversees the Board and CEO's office, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the organisation's adaptability. A true advocate for fostering a human-centric culture, Shweta also brings a fascinating background as a freelance fashion designer.
