How Traceability Works

Farm Registration

Every enrolled farmer is geo-tagged and registered with unique IDs in our digital platform — creating a verified farm registry.

QR-Coded Cotton Bags

At harvest, cotton bags are tagged with QR codes linking each parcel to the registered farm, season, variety and certification status.

Gin Integration

CGF-registered gins scan cotton bag QR codes at intake, automatically recording the entry of certified cotton into the formal supply chain.

Farmer App

Our local-language farmer app allows field facilitators to update farm data, record training and track season activities in real time.

Brand Dashboard

Brands log in to their CGF dashboard to view certified cotton volumes purchased, origin data, audit results and on-demand certificates.

Digital Certificates

Auto-generated, tamper-proof digital transaction certificates issued at each supply chain handoff — downloadable on demand.
